HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Advice IT Infinite PCL- To align an organization’s ‘People strategy’ with their ‘Business strategy while develop and execute an HR strategy that supports organization’s growth and performance.
- Manage the employee journey from onboarding throughout the employee life cycle which includes resolving complex employee issues, cultivating the culture, and enhancing employee trust.
- Act as a key point of contact and be top of mind for employees.
- Build a good relationship with employees.
- Be a partner with the Management Team as an internal consultant and specialist on employee matters and seek solutions when encountering issues.
- Organize and Support employee engagement activities to ensure that such activities are effectively executed as planned to ensure employees' expectations and events' objectives are met.
- Analyze data that lead to improvements, solutions, and innovations in alignment with the company's strategies and core values.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- At least 3 year of HR experience in a HRBP or HROD will be a plus.
- Possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, confidence, and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of employees
