Project Implementation BOS : จัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อทำการติดตั้ง และฝึกอบรบโปรแกรมบริหารจัดการโรงแรม (Hotel Software) ได้แก่ ระบบ Back office (AP, AR, GL) and Inventory control system และให้ความช่วยเหลือด้านการใช้งานโปรแกรมกับลูกค้ากลุ่มโรงแรม ตลอดจนให้คำแนะนำและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ผู้ใช้งาน เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมได้อย่างถูกต้อง และเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของโปรแกรมให้มากที่สุด ลักษณะการทำงานจะมีด้วยกัน 3 ส่วน คือ
1. Implementation ระบบ Back Office (AP, AR, GL and Inventory Control) ให้กับโรงแรมที่ได้รับมอบหมาย และกำหนดค่าเริ่มต้นของระบบ (System Configuration)
2. ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน (User Training)
3. ให้ความช่่วยเหลือในระยะเริ่มต้นใช้งานระบบแก่ผู้ใช้ (Go-live Standby)
Customer Support BOS : ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และคอยให้บริการลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบบัญชีโรงแรม (AP, AR, GL, Inventory และ Purchase) ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ และ/หรือการ Remote Desktops รวมทั้งตรวจสอบ เพื่อหาสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น และหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้ลูกค้าสามารถใช้งานโปรแกรมของบริษัทฯ ได้อย่างราบรื่น ตลอดจนการให้คำแนะนำด้านการทำงานแก่ทีมงานและพนักงานใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ และให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจกับการให้บริการอย่างสูงสุด
- สัญชาติไทย อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี, การเงิน, การจัดการ, คอมพิวเตอร์ธุรกิจ, IT หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในระบบงานบัญชีโรงแรมเป็นอย่างดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านบัญชีโรงแรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีใจรักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
- มีความมุ่งมั่นตั้งใจในการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ เพื่อพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
- สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานต่างจังหวัดได้
- หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
1. ทักษะด้านเทคนิค (Technical Skills)
✅ การใช้ซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงาน เช่น Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
✅ การจัดการระบบ Helpdesk / Ticketing System
✅ การดูแลระบบ IT เบื้องต้น เช่น การตั้งค่าบัญชีผู้ใช้, การแก้ปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์
✅ ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับฐานข้อมูลและการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (MySQL)
2. ทักษะการสื่อสารและการบริการ (Communication & Customer Service Skills)
✅ การสื่อสารที่ชัดเจนและเป็นมืออาชีพ
✅ ทักษะการให้คำปรึกษาและแก้ไขปัญหา
✅ ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับทีมต่าง ๆ ในองค์กร และ ลูกค้าได้อย่างดี
✅ การจัดการอารมณ์และความอดทนในการแก้ไขปัญหา
