1. Maintain and repair every equipment for guestrooms, public areas - appliance, sanitary wear which includes plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment and furniture and fixtures as assigned by the supervisor.
2. Monitor and perform Fire alarm/ life safety test as necessary
3. Ensure Monitor/Control all the engineering system to be normal operating and recording for day by day operation.
4. Take immediate action to correct any hazardous conditions found in hotel equipment and system.
5. Ensure on working tools are week maintained after use, ensure they are in their good conditions.
6. Respond to emergencies, to update themselves of how to act and must act as quickly and effectively in case of accident and emergency to protect our guest and employees.
7. Ensure on accident prevention and safety; to understand and can act upon all safety and accidental codes and measures to at their best prevent accident and incidents. However, in case of accident, must know and effective take proper action to minimize damages and life threatening situation.
8. Complete all assigned works in a safe and professional manner. Maintain communications with supervisors to ensure that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available.
9. Support to Function Event with F&B Team.
10. Other duties as assigned by supervisor
