Position: Document Controller (เจ้าหน้าที่ควบคุมเอกสารประจำโครงการ)
Working Location: Phuket
Working Day Mon -Sat 8.00-17.00
"Archetype Thailand is a construction project consulting company. We are seeking a Document Controller to work on building construction projects in Talang, Phuket , providing services to our clients. The Document Controller will be a member of the project consulting team responsible for managing and storing all site documents in accordance with Archetype Thailand's standards."
Responsibilities:
- Manage and store all site documents in accordance with Archetype Thailand's standards, including maintaining the document storage system to ensure documents are stored correctly and easily retrievable. Also, maintain the document registry, including all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Provide documents as requested by the project engineering team, prepare meeting reports, coordinate the status of all documents, and ensure that documents are delivered to the relevant parties accurately.
- Regularly review the document management system.
- Coordinate with the Document Controller of the contractor/owner/project engineers related to document work.
- Coordinate between the site and the head office for the transfer of various documents.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields, or relevant work experience.
- At least 3 years of experience on construction sites.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
