" We are seeking an HR Officer (Recruitment & Development) whose primary responsibility will be managing the recruitment process to source and onboard top talent efficiently. After successfully settling into the role and understanding the company’s operations, the scope of responsibilities will expand to other HR functions, offering opportunities to grow within the field. Proficiency in English, or the willingness to communicate confidently in English, is essential for this role."
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting pre-screening interviews, coordinating interview schedules, preparing employment offers, handling negotiations, and maintaining detailed recruitment reports.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration through orientation sessions on company policies, culture, and team dynamics.
- Track and manage the probation period for new employees, conducting regular check-ins with both new hires and their managers to monitor progress and provide support as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs, designing internal and external training programs to enhance employee skills and support career development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, implement improvements, and assist employees in creating Personal Development Plans (PDPs) for growth and advancement opportunities.
- Work closely with other HR Managers to ensure recruitment and development initiatives align with broader HR strategies and organizational goals.
- Support additional HR functions or projects as assigned by the HR Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment and a willingness to learn employee development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR management systems.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Good command of English (both written and spoken) or confidence to communicate effectively in English.
