- Create, maintain, and coordinate BIM models to align with project specifications and standards.
- Perform regular model quality checks and revisions for accuracy.
- Ensure BIM models adhere to industry and company standards.
- Manage BIM execution plans, protocols, and integration with project software.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.
- Provide training and support to project team members in using BIM tools.
- Address technical issues and streamline data flow between stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve BIM-related issues, conflicts, or discrepancies.
- Conduct clash detection, constructability analysis, and recommend improvements.
- Stay updated with BIM technology trends and tools.
- Degree or technical qualifications in architecture, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 year of Project experience.
- Certification in relevant BIM software or qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of BIM software platforms/tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience in construction or architectural projects.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
