Manage large construction projects or multiple smaller ones, ensuring they align with the company standards.
- Lead project management teams to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Organize project sites efficiently and maintain proper document management.
- Implement comprehensive safety measures and enforce quality control standards.
- Oversee contract agreements and ensure adherence to budgetary limits.
- Coordinate design aspects between the client and design disciplines, ensuring compliance with client needs.
- Develop and maintain Project Management Quality Management Systems on construction sites.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Company's Quality Management System and Project Management processes.
- Directly manage project teams across all project phases, from pre-construction to post-construction.
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels, including recruitment, mentoring, performance evaluation, and team support.
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure adherence to timelines and financial parameters.
- Act as a client liaison, addressing their needs, fostering strong relationships, exploring new business opportunities, and negotiating additional fees when appropriate.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Authorities:
- Manage project budgets and authorize expenditures within budget limits and the Company's Limitations of Authority Policy.
- Make recruitment decisions for project team members within the Company's Limitations of Authority Policy.
- Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- 15+ years of Project Management experience, including a minimum of 10 years managing large-scale projects or multiple smaller projects at various phases in multicultural project teams across various project locations in Thailand and globally / regionally
- Strong attention to detail.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills, including contractual communication.
- Advanced leadership, client management, and technical abilities in project management, with the ability to mentor others.
- Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Team Binder, Excel, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
