Archetype Thailand is a leading Construction Consultancy Service specializing in Real Estate Project Management, Multipurpose Buildings, Public Infrastructure (Education & Healthcare), and Large-Scale Industrial Projects. Our Consultant Engineers oversee and manage contractors to ensure quality and timely project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Civil & Structural (C&S) works on-site, ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review project documents, including drawings, specifications, method statements, and As-Built Drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor contractor performance, reporting deviations to the line manager.
- Oversee construction progress, maintaining accurate site records and assisting in QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance, reporting violations to the line manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Support project commissioning procedures and technical documentation.
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of construction site experience, preferably in luxury residential or large-scale projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and preferably Navisworks or BIM software.
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, construction methods, and project specifications.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills (written & spoken) – able to work with a foreign manager.
- Team player who can adapt to the dynamic nature of site work.

- Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 8:00 - 17:00
