Marketing Officer
B.GRIMM CARRIER (THAILAND) LIMITED- Event Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches in key market.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and branding for all events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.
- Conduct post-event analysis to measure success and gather customer feedback for improvement.
- Field Marketing:
- Support the brand’s field marketing efforts in local and upcountry regions.
- Develop and execute localized marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Organize in-store promotions, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions to engage with potential customers directly.
- Ensure marketing campaigns are properly aligned with corporate strategies.
- Coordination with Sales and Dealers:
- Liaise between the marketing and sales teams to align objectives and strategies.
- Work closely with dealers to ensure that all marketing materials and initiatives are in place and effectively executed.
- Provide dealers with tools, training, and support for marketing and promotional activities.
- Communicate dealer feedback to management and assist in developing tailored promotional programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event management and field marketing (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong coordination and communication skills with the ability to work well with sales teams, dealers, and external partners.
- Willingness to travel frequently, especially to upcountry regions.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in varying conditions.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
