• Lead a cultural shift towards safety by engaging employees and management in proactive safety initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective measures to mitigate workplace hazards.
• Provide training and coaching to employees and department heads to enhance HSE awareness and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, reporting progress and areas for improvement to management.
• Drive safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and submit necessary HSE reports to regulatory bodies and senior management.
• Foster a proactive safety culture where employees take ownership of workplace safety.
• Summarize safety operation reports, perform further analysis, and provide recommendations or corrective actions to management and each site.
Skills & Knowledge:
• Valid driving license.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to generate reports accurately.
• Familiarity with HSE regulations, best practices, and performance standards.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines and manage projects efficiently.
• Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English communication (written and spoken).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new things.
• Team player with the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Environment, or related field.
• Must hold a licensed Safety Officer certification.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in the HSE field.
• Experience in safety audits, risk assessments, and training programs.
