Accounting Supervisor

General

• Responsible for daily operation as assigned

• Assist to build an omni-channel ecosystem

• Oversee and proceed the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company policies.

• Develop and implement eCOM's financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain compliance.

• Analyze financial data and prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts for senior manager.

• Monitor and analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted amounts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed accurately and on time.

• Coordinate and assist with external audits, tax filings, and other compliance requirements.

• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives, evaluate the financial feasibility of projects, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Manage Account Receivable

• Check daily sale interface data from aCommerce/ Marketplace, and inform OPS team to generate Invoice

• Prepare Invoice/CN details file and send to Bill Control team

• Prepare details of payment and send to Collection team to process AR clearing

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

• Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable records

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues and ensure customer satisfaction

• Prepare and present financial reports to senior manager

Manage Account Payable

• Create Event in Exceedra

• Submit expenses claim into Exceedra and submit document to Accounting

• Analyzes expense reports and other invoices for accuracy payment.

• Verifies payments before controllers signature is added by reviewing checks.

• Reconciles accounts payable total and general ledger with other applicable records

• Facilitates correct and timely preparation of budget reports

• Ensures proper maintenance, filing, and storage of records in case of audits.

Claim Management

• Modify data into required format by client (Hada & Mondelez) & provide data to clients

• To provide supporting data& document to claim management team for issuing S/E

Stock Count & Adjustment

• To match Invoice Info for issue CN and key return doc in SAP and inform CN team to generate CN (for stock count)

• To prepare the report to create manual SO, drop file and inform OPS team to generate Invoice (for stock count)

Support Financial data to Commercial by request.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related degree is essential
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to Multitask and communicate clear and concisely
• Agile in implementing fast-paced online environment onto DKSH
• Ability to prioritize own workload
• Demonstrate ability to work and collaborate in team setting
• Proactive, responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Good level of computer literacy
• Able written & verbal communication skills in English
