Responsibilities

- ติดต่อประสานงาน และรับเรื่องงานแจ้งซ่อมจากทุกหน่วยงาน

- ติดต่อประสานงานกับช่างภายนอก

- ดำเนินการเปิดใบสั่งซื้อ และติดตามงานให้ได้ของทันกับงาน

- จัดทำเอกสาร รวบรวม และจัดเก็บเอกสารของแผนกวิศวกรรม และประสานงานระบบเอกสารกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ

- วางแผนการจัดทำ stock อะไหล่ ให้มีพร้อมใช้งานอยู่เสมอ

- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

- เพศชาย/หญิง อายุระหว่าง 20-30 ปี

- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช - ปวส. ทุกสาขา

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านธุรการฝ่ายซ่อมบำรุงจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- ทำงานจันทร์-เสาร์ 8.00-17.00 น

- ทำงานที่บริษัทสาขาสุขุมวิท 62 (ใกล้ BTS บางจาก)
