Basic Requirements

Certificate of Vocational Education or Diploma of Vocational Education

12,000 - 15,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

1. ติดต่อประสานงานระหว่างแผนก

2. จัดการด้านเอกสาร การเก็บเอกสาร การจัดหมวดหมู่เอกสารคุณภาพ

3. การติดตาม สถานะการทำงาน การบันทึกในแบบบันทึกการติดตาม

4. จัดทำรายการ การดำเนินไปของงานที่ได้ติดตาม

5. แจ้งเตือนเมื่อมีเอกสารที่ใกล้ถึงช่วงที่ต้องดำเนินการ หรือเอกสารที่ดำเนินการล่าช้ากว่ากำหนด

Requirements

1. จบการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับ ปวช. - ปวส.

2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานธุรการจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

3. สามารถใช้งาน โปรแกรม MS office

4. เรียนรู้ได้เร็ว

ทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ 8.00 - 17.00 น.

(ทำงานที่สาขาสุขุมวิท 62 ใกล้ BTS บางจาก)
