1. Conduct comprehensive risk surveys aimed at identifying potential hazards and assessing the likelihood of loss occurrences.
2. Accurately estimate the probability of various types of losses that could impact the insured assets or operations.
3. Provide detailed survey reports that outline findings, risk assessments, and recommendations for risk mitigation.
4. Provide expert risk management recommendations to customers and the operations department to help minimize potential risks.
5. Collaborate closely with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the risks involved and the necessary measures to address them.
6. Stay current with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in risk management and insurance surveying.
7. Conduct inspections that adhere to engineering principles, such as structural analysis, material testing, and system evaluations, to ensure compliance with engineering standards and requirements.
8. Research, analyze, and test engineering data to support inspections and diagnostic work.
9. Offer engineering consultation and recommendations to clients and team members to ensure operations adhere to technical and engineering standards.
10. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay proficient in new risk management techniques and tools.
1. Education: Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g., Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering) or Master's degree in Risk Management will be considered an advantage.
2. Licenses or Certifications: License for Professional Practice in Engineering or Certifications in Risk Management (e.g., CRM, ARM, or CERA) will be an advantage.
3. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in risk assessment and evaluation in a related industry.
- Experience working with clients and stakeholders in risk management.
4. Technical Skills: Good understanding of engineering principles and inspection techniques. Skills in engineering data analysis and research.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English, both spoken and written.
Ability to present information and reports clearly and understandably.
6. Teamwork: Skills in working with teams and the ability to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
7. Industry Standards Knowledge: Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to safety and risk management.
8. Time and Project Management: Skills in effective time and project management to ensure timely delivery of work.
9. Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in using relevant software programs, such as risk analysis and modeling software.
10. Enthusiasm for Learning: Enthusiasm for learning and keeping up with industry changes, including attending training and seminars.
