Customer Support (Office-based):
• Provide first-level customer support through email and online support channels, handling inquiries related to orders, returns, payments, and product information.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and finding solutions, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Coordinate with other teams to escalate complex issues while maintaining communication with the customer.
Order and Inventory Management:
• Assist in processing and managing orders across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.
• Monitor and help manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Support with updating product listings, pricing, and descriptions as required.
Platform Maintenance and Support:
• Maintain and update e-commerce platforms, ensuring product pages, promotions, and banners are accurate and current.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to identify and resolve any technical or operational issues.
Customer Feedback & Insights:
• Gather and document customer feedback to help improve the overall e-commerce experience.
• Assist in creating FAQs and other support documentation.
• Monitor daily reviews and report negative ones to the appropriate team.
Support E-Commerce Promotions & Campaigns:
• Assist with executing e-commerce promotions and campaigns, ensuring proper setup and alignment across all platforms.
• Help prepare for sales events by ensuring accurate pricing, inventory, and promotional materials.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, processing refunds, and managing customer records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer interaction logs in the CRM system.
