Responsibilities

• Work closely with business user, and IT developer in planning, allocating key task for the current and upcoming project to implement and maintain business software application.

• Coordinate with related departments to collects business system requirement.

• Perform software system functional requirement analysis and design.

• Design a database system to use for system development project.

• Design Mock screen/UX/UI to confirmed with users before developing.

• Design application programming interface (API) and data interface function.

• Estimate development task/duration/resource toward SW development plan

• Support software quality control and software function testing.

• Create and maintain software documentation such as requirement and functional list, software specification and design, system manuals, user guide etc.

• Leading meetings, reviews, and other project-related meetings.

• Team Coaching on Agile with Scrum principles and best practices.

• Working with related teams to resolve system, software application and infrastructure issue.

Requirements

• Bachelor or higher of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Computer, Information System, any IT related fields.

• At least 3-5 years experienced in software development, web application, backend and API.

• Experienced of working within both Agile and Waterfall framework.

• Experienced in system analyst and design with documentation of UML, ERDiagram, DFD, SRS.

• Experienced in UX/UI, Wireframe design.

• Knowledge in C# MVC, .Net Framework, Restful API, Crystal Report.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and well understanding SDLC process.

• Positive and analytical thinking, good mindset with can do attitude, teamwork, Initiative, and good communication skills.

• Having experience in accounting, financing, or hire-purchasing, leasing would be advantage.
