- Managing maintenance and repair work.
- Supervising the maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment within the company.
- Creating a plan and establishing the frequency of maintenance for tools, machinery, and equipment in the company.
- Controlling, maintaining, and operating the power system and electrical supply.
- Managing the ventilation system used in production.
- Overseeing maintenance carried out by external companies.
- Controlling and repairing various company utilities.
- Managing the addition and removal of machinery from the company's equipment list.
- Developing plans and procuring spare parts for tools, machinery, and equipment used in the factory.
- Gathering information on machine maintenance and repair for analysis.
- Tracking and summarizing vendor performance results for repairs and renovating company premises and utilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Significant professional experience in machine and building maintenance.
- Strong team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards.
- Ability to effectively manage a maintenance budget.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
