Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize the brand's official accounts on major social platforms in Thailand.
• Based on business development and brand objectives, proficiently develop and implement social media communication strategies & content pillar to enhance the visibility and influence of social media content
• Plan and execute hot social media topics and marketing campaigns, complete topic selection and writing, and be responsible for the quality of published content and the growth of key social media metrics;
• Assist projects by coordinating and collaborating with PR, Marketing and related teams.
• Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
• Prepare a post campaign report by each Social Media Channel with analytical skill.
• Use content management systems and social tools to analyze users’ engagement metrics
• Monitor on Digital Asset, new social trends to adapt & apply real-time content.
