DTL Law Office, a leading Chinese law firm in Thailand, is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join our team. We specialize in delivering innovative legal solutions to both domestic and Chinese clients, and we’re looking for a talented lawyer to help us continue providing exceptional service.
Role Overview:
As a Corporate M&A Lawyer, you will play a key role in managing mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate transactions. You’ll work closely with clients across various sectors, including hospitality, logistics, construction, power, and education, ensuring they receive the highest quality legal support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage M&A transactions from start to finish, including deal structuring, due diligence, and drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Provide legal advice to clients on complex M&A matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Act as a representative for clients in negotiations, facilitating clear communication between all parties involved.
• Collaborate with teams across different sectors to support clients in their legal needs.
• Stay informed about legal developments and market trends that may impact our clients’ businesses.
Qualifications:
• LLB from an accredited law university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law with a focus on M&A transactions.
• Strong understanding of Thai corporate law, real estate regulations, and cross-border transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Thai and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
