• Monitor for market product quality problems and control Market Failure ratio to meet quality target.
• Control Failure Cost that occur from market complaint.
• Coordinate with cross function team for product failure analysis, define root cause, corrective action and preventive action.
• Provide news about quality and cooperate with relevant departments to improve the quality of products in the market to meet the standards.
• Meeting with customer, subsidiary and head quarter about quality issues.
• Other assignments.
• Age 22 – 25 years.
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial or related fields.
• New graduated are welcome.
• Knowledge in quality analysis.
• Good communicate in English (written and verbal communication) or TOEIC 550 up.
• Good computer skill in Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
