Production Engineer

• Track daily and monthly production targets and analyze workflow processes.
• Identify inefficiencies in production and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
• Propose and implement projects to optimize factory operations and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to develop innovative solutions for process enhancement.
• Prepare and manage production-related documents, including those for product design and quality control.
• Ensure all documents align with ISO 9001 standards and follow up on internal and external audit results.
• Establish standard production times for each process based on the factory's standard system.
• Summarize and analyze production data to generate daily and monthly reports to management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or any related field.

• At least 1 year experience in production or industrial engineering.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Skilled in using AutoCAD 2D for technical drawings and design-related tasks.
