Responsibilities

Edit and produce videos for distribution on TikTok, YouTube, social media, and other online platforms.
Design motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video engagement.
Participate in the video production process, including pre-production, editing, and post-production.
Ensure video editing quality and storytelling align with the organization's brand.
Create engaging short videos from fully edited content.
Collaborate with the Content Marketing, Creative, and other teams to produce high-quality videos.
Research and stay updated on video content trends to enhance production quality.
Deliver work within deadlines and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Male/Female, aged 23-30 years old.
Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Multimedia Technology, Digital Media Design, or related fields.
Experience in video editing with a portfolio to showcase previous work.
Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and CapCut.
Ability to design motion graphics, visual effects, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of video production principles, including lighting, color grading, and sound design, to produce high-quality videos.
Strong creative thinking skills to craft compelling storytelling through videos.
Responsible, punctual, a good team player, and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
