- Evaluating new and existing suppliers/subcontractors and negotiates purchase agreements.
- Comparing specification and technical of work and improvement for purchasing strategy to maintain consistently high standard of services and selected qualified contractors or suppliers.
- Monitoring and tracking supplier performance and feedback include on time delivery, quality, specification and corrective action.
- Negotiating and apply technical with suppliers to the target cost
- Plan, manage and be able to work as a team not only in Thailand but with the team in Overseas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Science/Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in purchasing and sourcing or inventory control
- Experience in procure equipment and instrument in Sanitation, Water and Waste Water Treatment System or related
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
- Good analytical and negotiating skills.
