- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and selection criteria.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms, JobThai JobDB, Linkedin) and other channels (e.g. University Programs).
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Lead employer branding initiatives both internally and externally (e.g. company activities)
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Other Human Resources task as assigned by manager.
- Minimum 2 years proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in from any relevant field. Human Resource Management or Psychology is a plus.
- Familiarity with the use of social media, resume databases and professional networks to source qualified candidates.
- Hands-on experience with Digital Marketing positions or agency environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organization.
- Ability to negotiate with candidates and internal parties to close a hiring deal.
