- Respond to errors in the photovoltaic system.
- When errors in the system are found, check the site and repair the system. (e.g., replacing connectors, replacing fuse holders, etc.)
- Repair method of the system error will be examined, and the request for repair and confirmation of completion will be made.
- Conduct periodic inspection and maintenance of the photovoltaic power generation system.
- Conducts inspections of the system and manages the maintenance work.
- Inspects photovoltaic power generation systems prior to the completion of installation.
- Explain the handling of the photovoltaic power generation system to the customer upon completion of the installation.
- Explain the handling of the photovoltaic power generation system to the customer when the installation is completed as a Technical Engineer.
- Provide Technical advice to the Sales team and construction team as a Technical Engineer.
- Provide sales support to the sales team by explaining the power generation status and various case studies to the sales team.
- Provide Technical advice to the construction team and Support the quality of construction work.
- Other tasks assigned by manager
