Responsibilities
1. Accounting Part
- Oversee the Finance Department in the preparation of monthly management reports.
- Maintain proper financial controls and reconciliations with a proper audit trail.
- Monthly cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and managing the cash position.
- Manage the relationship with Banks, local tax, auditors, and government agencies.
- Analyses current financial performance, actual versus budget, and prior year data.
- Assists financial team in monthly operations Review.
- Manage invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Process payroll and tax filings, including PND 50 and withholding tax, AP, AR, etc.
2. Proof and verify General Affairs (GA) operations
- Proof and oversee office fixed assets management such as phone, computers, and printers
- Review and verify HR operations for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance in supporting Japanese management (Work Permit, Visa, Travel).
- Verify and Review other tasks as assigned by the General manager
Requirements
< Necessary Skill / Experience >

- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in Financial and Accounting in trading or logistic industry which have import and export process
- At least 2 years of experience in management as an Assistant Manager
- Have CPD license
- Conversational High level in English (communicate with Japanese report line, email, and document in English only
- Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to use Excel formulas such as Pivot and VlookUp
- Responsible for duty, multi-tasking, and can work independently and under pressure.

< Preferable Skill / Experience >

- Knowledge of Import and Export from the Logistic industry
- Experience in freight forwarder industry
- Able to use QuickBooks
- Able to use Express

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Asok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday)
