- Perform as the key Contact for internal and external logistics, including Import/Export activities, to ensure the acquisition of necessary government permits, licenses, and approvals to comply with regulatory requirements and needs project.
- Coordinate and manage obtaining the necessary Import licenses and permits for importing hazardous inks and ensure that all required documentation is in order before shipments arrive in Thailand.
- Coordinate Import/Export processes with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure cost-effective shipment of goods and Prepare Import / Export shipping documents such as invoice
- Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Preparing purchase orders which receive from the Sales/marketing Division and/or technical Support Division
- Coordinating with the Accounting team about the payment of Import/Export
- Other duties as assigned

- Conversational middle level of English(for reading and writing in documents related to international logistics)

- Able to speak Japanese or Chinese
- Able to greet properly and Communicate reports, updates, and consultations effectively
- Capable of flexible communication with others

- Consistent between interview statements and actual job performance**
- Minimal errors in document preparation
