- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to loan products, client behaviors, and market conditions.
- Use statistical techniques and tools to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and accuracy by performing regular data validation and cleaning.
- Develop and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders. Communicate data insights effectively to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with product development, risk, actuaries, and other departments to support business operations and strategy development.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the data analytics function.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7- 10 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
