1. Take ownership of the development and management of the Land for Cash product, as well as any future initiative products.
2. Drive product innovation by refining product criteria, optimizing processes, and identifying new opportunities for business expansion and segmentation.
3. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to successfully launch new programs and processes as the Product Owner.
4. Monitor and analyze performance trends, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions to enhance product performance.
5. Prepare and deliver insightful monthly performance updates and presentations to management.
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in product development, business strategy, or financial services (experience in secured lending is a plus).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
4. Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects from ideation to execution.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement.
