- Responsible for the planning and coordinating of new innovative and digitaltized projects (resource, milestone, project plan, communication).
- Lead Project Kick-off with all related parties.
- Manage and deliver project deliverable on time and on budget
- Plan and control working schedule of each development project.
- Handle project monitoring and reporting, regularly update progress to senior management team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analyst or PMO in Financial Services business.
- Highly self-motivated, organised and be able to manage own time.
- Srtong analystical skill and experience using data to drive decision making.
- Track and measure business results and adjust the strategy that can catch up with the market competition.
- Provide actionalble insights to guide the sales and MKT team.
