-Work at office Monday to Thursday and WFH every Friday
Scope of Responsibility: Oral Care Consultant is an important role in building strong partnerships with dental professionals . To gain more product usages and recommendations from professionals to their patients (consumers) . With balancing between scientific expertise to demonstrate and explain the science behind Colgate products and strong business knowledge focus.
Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively the science behind the brand's ingredients and technology and its clinical relevance benefit.
Proactive learning about the focus and priorities of the dental practice to deliver the appropriate and relevant products.
Get to know how different professionals think in order to define the appropriate communications strategy and to drive brand recommendations and usage.
Takes initiative to plan the detailing and visit call
Ability to develop new business relationships and successfully manage existing relationships to generate incremental sales.
Perform Pharmcovigilance Activities as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Science is preferred.
- 5 years plus experience in dental or medical detailing.
- Strong Interpersonal Skill. Good selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while managing time well.
- Motivated and target driven with demonstrated success in sales.
- Travel capabilities (driver's license with own personal car) and plane.
- Good knowledge with digital, computer skills
