- Support แก้ปัญหาด้าน System, Software, Network, IT, ติดตั้ง ลงโปรแกรม ให้กับลูกค้า
- ดูแลการบริการ MA, Preventive, Corrective จัดทำรายงาน จัดการภาพรวมในการบริการ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถทำหน้าที่ในการ Support โปรแกรมที่ได้ทำการติดตั้งไปแล้ว เช่น สอนวิธีการใช้งาน, รับฟังข้อคิดเห็น หรือปัญหาของ โปรแกรมหรือระบบจากผู้ใช้งาน
- สามารถทำหน้าที่ในการรวบรวม เก็บข้อมูล และทำการวิเคราะห์ระบบได้
- สามารถเดินทางไปตาม project งานต่างๆของลูกค้าได้
- อายุระหว่าง 22 - 35 ปี
- การศึกษาระดับ ปวส หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์
- มีความรู้ ทักษะด้าน Hardware, Software, Network, IT
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ รักงานบริการ และทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 1 ปี
- ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
