1. Develop an operational plan and strategies for marketing communication and corporate communication to align with the objectives of the marketing and sales.
2. Oversee the overall brand management, including creating awareness for products and the brand across both online and offline channels.
3. Prepare monthly report summarizing and analyzing the result of various marketing activities and present to the management.
4. Plan marketing communications and create marketing promotions to support and enhance business operations in achieving the company's objectives.
5. Plan, manage and control budgets effectively, ensuring it aligns with the approved objective.
6. Manage human resources, support, promote, and develop department team to perform their responsibilities efficiently and effectively.
