Purchase / Logistic Officer (Chinese Speaking)
Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL- Sourcing & Procurement – Research, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for quality, cost, and reliability.
- Purchasing – Place and track orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.
- Inventory Management – Analyze stock levels and collaborate with teams to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Cost Control – Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize shipping expenses.
- Vendor Management – Maintain supplier databases and evaluate performance.
- Collaboration – Work with operations, finance, and production teams to ensure timely supply.
- Good Communication Skills – Able to work with suppliers, management, and inventory staff, adjusting communication styles as needed.
- Language Skills – Able to communicate in basic Mandarin skills.
- Purchasing Experience – Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome! Experience in purchasing is a plus.
- Computer Skills – Basic Excel knowledge and the ability to manage emails efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge – An understanding of purchasing processes and industry needs is beneficial.
- Education – A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.
