Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand) PCL- Maintaining computer networks including switches, VPNs, routers, and other physical hardware.
- Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected.
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to align with company guidelines or SOP (Standard Operating Procedure).
- Installing, configuring, and testing operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking.
- Ensuring the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Knowledge, configuration, and maintenance of Windows Server, Linux, Microsoft Exchange Server, Antivirus Server, and DB Server.
- User Support and Helpdesk Operation.
- Install Windows, Ubuntu, and other programs used within the company.
- Support user and fix hardware and software problems.
- Bachelor 's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or related field
- Having knowledge and understanding of Windows security, Windows server.
