QA Senior Engineering

1.Issue Quick report of quality problems (Market claim) and distribute to concerning dept.

2.Analyze claim information (Claim tendency, Failure distribution, Failure lot, Failure hours and etc.)

3.Investigate the cause of problem at site both domestic & overseas (Field / Factory / Supplier)

4.Check the failure parts (Fracture analysis / Material / Dimension / Hardness etc.)

5.Do the test (Field test, Recurrence test) to confirm the problem

6.Solve the problem (Find the root cause & countermeasure in production, stock and market)

7.Make the summary report and hold a meeting with concerning department to share the information

8.Warranty management (Policy / Judgment)

9.Coordination between clients and external partners.

10.Follow up on mold corrections with the relevant suppliers.

11.Participate in defining the standard conditions of the injection mold machine.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering other related field

2.At least 1-5 years of experience Automotive industry

3.Knowledge of industry and quality standards (ISO, SPC, FMEA, IPC, 8D Report and etc. )

4.Good analytical and problem solving skills.

5.Good communication in English skills.
