- Organize a Kick-off Meeting for Tooling.
- Plan the Tooling Master Plan.
- Plan and Define the Tooling Process Steps.
- Coordinate and Liaise with Relevant Departments.
- Monitor the Progress of Tooling Production and Update Production Plans.
- Participate in Resolving Issues in Tooling Production.
- Supervise and Monitor Outsourced Tooling Contracts.
- Conduct Tooling Buy-off.
- Participate in Feasibility Studies for Tooling Production.
- Study Drawings Related to New Product Tooling.
- Participate in Tooling Trials and Summarize Results.
- Analyze Product Issues During Tooling Trials, Summarize, and Resolve Problems.
- Maintain a Record of Tooling History from Initial Production Trials.
- Follow Up on Tooling Issues and Document Changes in Engineering Change Notices (ECN) and Engineering Change Requests (ECR).
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports and Present Them to Supervisors.
- Graduated in Engineering with a specialization in Tool Engineering, Mold Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Parts Manufacturing Engineering.
- Excellent problem-solving skills in immediate situations.
- Proficient in using design software for molds, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Fusion 360.
- Proficient in using MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with clients.
- Good English communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing (TOEIC score of 450 or above is preferred).
