- ออกแบบ Design lay out ในงาน New project
- ออกแบบกระบวนการ New project
- ติดตาม Tool equipment new project
- ติดตามกระบวนการ Utility ให้ได้ตามแผนที่กำหนด
- ติดตามสรุปข้อมูลในการ Improvement ของที่มที่เกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่มีการ Updateหรือ Reviseในกระบวนการ
- ควบคุมดูแลทีมและมอบหมายงานประจำวัน เพื่อทำการ Support ข้อมูลให้กับทีม Improvement
- หาวิธีป้องกันหรือวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับอุปกรณ์หรือระบบที่ทำให้เกิดปัญหาคุณภาพ
- สรุปและรายงานผลให้ผู้บังคับบัญชา
- Good English language skills both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Process Engineering.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, VSM, SMED, TPM, Poka-Yoke, etc.).
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical tools (Minitab, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MES systems and digital manufacturing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Experience in an automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and digital transformation in lean manufacturing.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
