- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช., ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาช่างกลโรงงาน, ช่างแม่พิมพ์, ช่างเทคนิคการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับวัสดุที่ใช้ในงานแม่พิมพ์ เช่น โลหะและพลาสติก
- สามารถประกอบและปรับแต่งแม่พิมพ์ได้ตามความต้องการ
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับแม่พิมพ์
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและความใส่ใจในงาน
- มีความรับผิดชอบในหน้าที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารกับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร
