-Bachelor's degree in science or Chemical science or MBA,cosmetic science is preferable
-Eexperience minimum 10-15 years in personal care industry(chemical)
-Excellent sales and negotiation skills
-Demonstrate a good working knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/competitors/customers
-Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English ,both written and spoken
-Proficiencies in office productivity tools(e.g. word, excel, power point )
-Takes a broad view, sees ahead and translates strategy into action
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry or Cosmetic science
-Minimum 5 years of managing the sales team
-10-15 years sales experience in personal care industry
-Good maket analysis,planing skills and strategic thinking
-Excellent communication,interpersonal with leadership skills
-Fluent in english,MS Office,and presentation skills
