- วางแผนการดำเนินงานในกะ การบริหารจำนวนพนักงานที่มีให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด การควบคุมเงินสด การควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ และบริหารสินค้าคงคลังอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามและปรับแผนการทำงานเพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์
- จัดทำและนำส่งรายงานการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย, สต๊อกสินค้า, การควบคุมเงินสด และอื่นๆประจำกะ ให้แก่ผู้บังคับบัญชาตามเวลาที่กำนด
- ติดตามการทำงานของทีมพนักงานเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานต่างๆอยู่เสมอ
- รับสมัครพนักงาน โดยช่วยคัดกรองใบสมัคร ตรวจสอบประว้ติและพูดคุยเบื้องต้นกับผู้สมัคร เพื่อส่งต่อผู้สมัครให้ผู้จัดการสัมภาษณ์
- ปฎิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
- อายุ 22-35 ปี วุฒิปวส-ปริญญาตรี (ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)
- บุคลิกภาพดี มีความมั่นใจ รักในงานบริการ
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
- ไม่มีโรคติดต่อร้ายแรง
