- Handle all export shipment document processes by sea, air and truck modes, in order to meet client appointment and inquiry.
- Coordinate and closely follow up with customers, airlines, transportation company, logistics provider and related parties to operate any transportation tasks as plan for smoothly operation, including internal coordination with customs brokerage and paperless (EDI).
- Monitor customer complaint and any problems caused by operation and also review for service improvement.
- Other jobs as assigned by supervisor.
- Thai nationality.
- Graduated Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in export air/sea freight or shipping documents applied for international trade/business, as well as understanding nature on service operation.
- Experience in business of logistics, customs brokerage or freight forwarding would be advantage.
- Very good English communication, require TOEIC score (if any).
- Skill-full Ms.Office (Word/Excel/Power point).
- Service minded person, hard-working, good interpersonal skill, flexible to handle urgent request from customers and team result oriented.
