Coffee Machine Technician (WMF)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems in WMF coffee machines.
• Perform repairs using specialized tools and equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and document repairs completed.
• Provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and answering questions.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest WMF coffee machine models and repair techniques through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with other technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:

• วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิคในเครื่องชงกาแฟ WMF
• ซ่อมแซมโดยใช้เครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์เฉพาะทาง
• ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันเพื่อให้เครื่องทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• บันทึกข้อมูลการบริการที่ถูกต้องและบันทึกการซ่อมแซมที่เสร็จสิ้น
• ให้บริการลูกค้าที่ยอดเยี่ยมโดยอธิบายการซ่อมแซมและตอบคำถามอย่างชัดเจน
• ติดตามข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับรุ่นเครื่องชงกาแฟ WMF ล่าสุดและเทคนิคการซ่อมแซมผ่านการฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• ร่วมมือกับช่างเทคนิคและทีมภายในอื่นๆ เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าบริการจัดส่งได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

• Vocational certificate or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Appliance Repair, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in repairing commercial or high-end coffee machines
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Thai (written and spoken)

• ทักษะการสื่อสารและทักษะ interpersonal ที่ยอดเยี่ยม
• สื่อสารภาษาไทยได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว (พูดและเขียน)
