● Work with business and IT users globally to identify business needs, define scope,requirements, identifying key issues, designing & pesenting the solution, testing,system implementation, and training.
● Liaises with the business community to understand business processes and defines how software tools can be leveraged to optimize the business process.
● Manage projects and assist development teams in understanding requirements and application design.
● Create and maintain necessary project documentation, such as blueprint, solution design, test scripts, user manual, and system setup.
● Assist users on system setup and configuration during implementation.
● Provide 2nd-level support service to site IT Teams - worldwide.
● Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal)
● Ability to explain technical ideas clearly
● Good negotiation skills
● Good teamwork skills
● Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
● Project management skills
● Can work independently and require less supervision
● Takes initiative and keen to learn new system concepts
● Knowledge and experience with full system development life cycle
● Willing and able to travel when needed
● Willing to keep up to date with developments in technology
● Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
● At least 5 years of working experience in either IT/Engineering field in an Electronics
Manufacturing industry; Or experience in Project Management/System
Analyst/Business Analyst role preferably in a software development company
