- Knowledge in Thai labor law/SSO other.
- Recruitment - Responsible for recruiting appropriate candidates according to the needs of each department.
- Training - Conduct a training needs survey, set an annual training plan based on survey results and follow up on training according to plan.
- Responsible for a full cycle of training administration both for internal and external courses identified in annual training plan, ie
- Update and edit company employee information into the system.
- Good skills in teamwork and organization and able to work under pressure caused by limited timeline and high responsibility.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Male or Female, no age limit
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related field.
- At least 0-2 years of experiences in Recruit , Training or hr skills.
