- Check new order and confirm expecting production date through WOS (web ordering system).
- Co-Ordinate to overseas sales teams and SCM. team about product specification to confirm design of product, leadtime of delivery date, condition of shipment etc. before receiving order.
- Follow up and confirm the design with overseas sales team and SCM. team in case of new Item or any revision.
- To Created master production planning (MPS) by check demand order vs capacity then create master production schedule by monthly.weekly and daily under the factory situation, materials situation, sale target and customer requirement.
- Materials planning (MRP) of raw materials from supplier : calculate materials requirement planning monthly deal with purcasing team.
- Materials planning (MRP) of injection materials ( total materials requirement - inventory stock = quantity for Injection).
- Balance injection machine capacity with requirement to calculated working day, working hours of Injection.
- Monitoring and control injection plan & out put for injection department to end sure On-Time of injection status.
- Set up shipment plan & production target in volume and amonth.
- Monitoring production daily output , inform the team to know any problem prior , push the team to take any action to support.
- Calculate working day&hours to set manpower working time (normal working & over time) and machine working time of production ass'y line and define the priority of prduct to production ass'y department.
- Monitoring and control shipment schedule to achieve as prouduction target and sale target.
- Report Sale and Production Status to Factory Director, SCM team, Oversea sale team etc.
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science Program in Physics or similar field.
- Have 7+ years' hands-on experience within Supply Chain Planning relevant to Manufacturing, Distribution, Production
Control, Inventory Management and Logistics
- Experience in MRP II (Manufacturing resource planning) & Knowledge in MRP System, Materials management and
Production management control, logics of MRP'databese set up.
- Good at math and statistics, Being able to communicate in English
- Tactical ERP/MRP experience required,
- Excellent knowledge of production planning , BOM (Bill of Materials) and quality control principles
