Qc Leader

1. Take responsibilities of Incoming/ In-process/Injection/Outgoing Process.

2. Review daily inspection report and update to system.

3. Handle supplier development activity.

4. Work in according to HQ Standard and ISO 9001 requirement.

5. Solve problem with the concern dept. when have quality issue and finding root cause.

6.Training new employees on the job training and procedures, including safety measures and ethics policies to Operator to increase test efficiency and capacity.

7. Control and monitor all operations that affect quality.

8. Make standard document that related another deparment such as packing standard, Work Standard.

9. Test, monitoring and follow up 4M change.

10. Control and cooperate in organizing activities such as 5S , Quality System (ISO9001).

11. Strictly comply with safety and environmental regulations. including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

12. All other duties as assigned.

1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related file /Quality strongly preferred.

2. Clear understanding and working knowledge of process and compliance quality systems Proficient with Microsoft Office.

3. Previous experience in the Plastics industry or related is preferred.

4. Knowledge about ISO9001, ISO14001.

5. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Ability to working under high pressure.
