- Plan, implement, and control product development to align with the established work plan.
- Coordinate with internal (company departments) and external (OEM, ODM, suppliers) parties to develop products according to the company's requirements.
- Study and monitor market trends, seeking new trends and technologies in raw materials, formulations, packaging design, and general knowledge to develop new products.
- Summarize and report on the progress of the NPD (New Product Development) projects you are responsible for to your supervisor.
- Prepare and provide product information to internal departments.
- Conduct product testing and summarize the results of the product tests.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in fields such as Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business
- Administration, or related fields, or equivalent to a Bachelor of Science.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the development of dietary supplement products.
- Fast Learner,Multi-tasking and Good Communication skill
