Learning & Development Manager
NICE GROUP HOLDING CORP CO.,LTD.- Design and develop effective training programs:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs, create learning objectives, and design engaging and interactive training programs.
- Bachelor degree or higher in HRM, psychology, education, business, and/or related business experience
- 7+ years relevant experience in Learning & Development
- Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies
- Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively and engage with employees
- Effectively present information to clients, public groups, employees, and management
- Good command in English Communication
- Ability to work effectively in both Nonthaburi and Khon Kaen, with required monthly travel between locations
