1. Plan and implement supply chain strategy for the company
2. Support business growth and supply chain operation by working closely with 3rd party Service providers to stay focused on customer-centricity, and drive process compliance while allowing flexibility to satisfy customers’ need
3. Work with three important parties "procurement managers, buyers, and vendors" to source the materials, sub-contractors or products.
4. Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and customers to meet the cost efficiency and highest satisfactory.
5. Analyze demand for inventory, analyze performance of products, and measure against the economy (and other factors)
6. Maintaining quality and meeting sustainability targets
7. Developing new and existing relationships with suppliers and partners
8. Updating trends and developments in the sector and technologies
9. Optimize system capability through reporting, planning and transactional systems to deliver objectives, maintaining accurate master data and inventory requirements.
10. Monitor with supplier on the aging inventory and determine potential inventory risks. Proactively lead collaborative efforts with commercial team with appropriate action to mitigate and relieve at-risk and aged inventory.
11. Management of day to day inventory and logistic issues
12. Other relevant assignments
- Age preferably 28-40 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant field (experience in textile industry is preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain or purchasing, Procurement.
- Is creative with a good personality, perseverance and the ability to think in their feet
- can communicate in English
- Positive thinking
- Has computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
